The Election Commission of India (ECI) has started their two-day capacity-building training in New Delhi to train and build 369 ground-level election workers from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Haryana.
On April 30, 2025, the Election Commission of India (ECI) began their two-day training programme in New Delhi for more than 350 Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Haryana. The initiative was launched to ensure error-free electoral polls and improve the poll preparedness for the next state assembly elections, particularly in Bihar. In this programme, the officials will be trained with practical skills and legal knowledge regarding the registration procedures and technological resources, including the BLO and voter helpline apps.
