Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has launched the SWAR (Speech and Written Analysis Resources) platform for the citizens to overcome language barriers and improve their overall communication strategy. This citizen-centric program is one of the state's ongoing efforts to enhance ease of living. The platform uses the service of Bhashini, an AI system that provides seamless speech recognition, mainly for those who are facing language and technical barriers.
