The National Stock Exchange of India has appointed Srinivas Injet i as the Chairperson of its Governing Board. His appointment was approved by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) .
Appointment: Srinivas Injeti, a Public Interest Director, has taken over as the Chairperson of NSE's Governing Board, effective September 9, 2025, with SEBI's approval.
Background: Injeti is a retired IAS officer of the 1983 batch, with over four decades of experience in corporate regulation, financial services, governance, and public policy.
Previous Roles: He served as the founding Chairperson of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) from 2020 to 2023 and was a member of the Financial Stability and Development Council of India from 2017 to 2023.
